Excellent customer service, very friendly staff and over the top service. We truly felt like we mattered.
Excellent service, both from in-store staff members and the wonderful delivery employees. The driver and his assistant delivered our (heavy) order today in really nasty weather conditions, and both were extremely polite, friendly and efficient in spite of what must have been a challenging drive and less than ideal unloading conditions. Many thanks to two very fine delivery workers, and (as always) to the Montague Kent in-store staff for their wonderful service.
