I find the service here is hit or miss. Not really a friendly atmosphere. Some are helpful but not all. I have been in sales for many years and know how to treat customers to keep them coming back. When I do get a helpful person here I commend them and mention others who are not. It really does not take rocket science for mangagement to walk the store and see this.
