Great store and location
Went to Clarenville Kent 2 days ago and experienced one of the worst examples of customer service ever. I drove into the lumber yard and waited for about 5 minutes as there was no one in warehouse. Finally I saw an employee come in pushing a hand cart with a dishwasher on it. He walked across in front of me and offloaded the dishwasher and never once looked at me and I was standing 10 feet away. He turned and walked back inside. During a recent visit we were very happy to see the mature, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable duo of front line staff " Cathy and Ross". They always make our visits to Kent pleasant and easy because of their knowledge of items throughout store, combined eith strong desire to help customers. A few months ago Gander location was out of stock of yard canopy, phoned Clarenville and the said they have 4, but after driving there the front desk said they didn't have any.
