I had a fantastic experience at Kent today. Despite some technical computer issues with my company account, Pawandeep and Terry went completely above and beyond to make sure I left with what I needed for my workplace. Their commitment to customer service is second to none, and they turned a potentially frustrating situation into a huge win. Truly wonderful staff—Kent is lucky to have them!
I had an amazing experience today at Kent when purchasing a new toilet. Having such a terrible experience prior (quality of 2 toilets elsewhere was lacking finish in many spots and we were given the wrong product the first time . The gentleman in the plumbing department was extremely helpful and did not hesitate to open the box when asked if I could view the toilet before purchasing. He went above and beyond in another area concerning this purchase as well. A very happy customer, thank you.

Bought a fridge....it was damaged They replaced it with same model but higher priced... I got it for the price of the other one plus free delivery and a gift card..Lynn was awesome!!
