this is a loud shout out to Maxs the store Manager who took a very bad situation and turned it into a positive experience, which is why I love shopping at the Kent Store, I have ALWAYS had a positive shopping experience here, also I would like to tell the driver who deliver my snowblower on Sat. which was his day off, you are a credit to Kents , THANK YOU you are a true profession, I'm glad I got the chance to meet and talk with you.
