Closed even though a note in the door said it should be opened by then and none of the workers inside couldn't give any updates to the numerous customers who were trying to enter and had to turn back.

While this store is on the smaller side, it doesn't lack quality, mainstay items and brands that you will find at the bigger locations like Mount Pearl or St. John's. I don't shop at this store much due to distance, but it has always been a great fallback for items that aren't in stock anywhere else in the city. The staff here provide a level of customer service that almost make it feel like a small business as opposed to a chain. Had a piece of composite decking that needed to be cut. We called kent and were told they absolutely could do it. We drove 20 minutes only to be told they wont do it because it wasn't purchased there. Which is fine if thats their policy, but they should have told us that before we drove down there.
