Ladies at customer service counter aren't friendly at all! No greeting when you walk into store. No eye contact or greeting when you walk to the counter. Not even a reply to my greeting and question. The lady just grabbed the item I was returning, asked for my card and handed me back my receipt with the energy of a sloth. So, Kent has high prices, poor installation/home project services (Mount Pearl location) and miserable in-store staff. Why would anyone want to shop at Kent?

I’m not sure the last time I had such a positive experience in a retail store, let alone a hardware store. The friendliness and helpfulness of Danielle and her colleague absolutely amazing. They set a high bar for any retail experience.
