Fantastic staff, always helpful.
Ordered a new hot water tank over 2 weeks ago. Was given 3 seperate dates that it would be delivered. I called three times, guaranteed it would be delivered on the 20th, and STILL don't have it!! Come on people! I will not be ordering anything from Kent again!!
