Also ordered an item online yesterday, received a phone call later the item was not in stock as indicated online. Recommended for me to contact store directly if stock shows low quantity. Fast forward to today. Found another item I needed, called store directly spoke and with Joanne who confirmed item was in stock in store. Then drove to pick it up...had staff assist me to retrieve it, only to learn that I wasted my time (2 hours of driving) as the item is actually not in stock as I was told it was on the phone prior to leav... read more
Good location to get all your hardware items. Well trained staff. Very clean building. If you need help staff is always around to provide assistance looking for the item you need. The location is well set up and easy to get in and out of. Lots of space for parking.
Shows stock in store but not correct.They let you order it online and take your money anyway.They deliver a different item thinking your dumb and that you will make do with something else.So a whole day wasted having to wait at home for delivery as no time slot given.Then all in vain as wrong item. Then my time wasted again chasing it up the next morning. Lack of explanation from store and manager goes into hiding. Customer service OK but they can only do so much. Very poor !
