Shows stock in store but not correct.They let you order it online and take your money anyway.They deliver a different item thinking your dumb and that you will make do with something else.So a whole day wasted having to wait at home for delivery as no time slot given.Then all in vain as wrong item. Then my time wasted again chasing it up the next morning. Lack of explanation from store and manager goes into hiding. Customer service OK but they can only do so much. Very poor !

Twisted warped grade 3 or worse wood products, falsely sold as grade 2 or better, and sold at a premium price. NEVER Delivered when supposed to be Delivered! 4 Days after payment, STILL NO Delivery! Over Priced hardware, paint, and tools! I had to pay my Carpenter and his apprentice to stand around waiting for a Delivery that NEVER SHOWED UP! The Guy at the counter couldn't even find a concrete block in his book, when he was staring right at it, tried to sell me a patio block instead! 0 customer service! I am going to Cancel... read more
