Couldn’t get me my deductible back after I got hit a few months ago. Super shameful I pay almost 200 dollars a month for a vehicle with an entirely clean history. 0 tickets 0 accidents, I get hit, pay my deductible and thought oh well, that was an inconvenience but surely this insurance company cares and will get my my hard earned money back, nope! Had to pay 1k for my deductible and couldn’t even get it back, even though I was not at fault. Very very disappointed.
