I had an appointment for a month and a half, 6 days before it i get a call from someone. Asking what my visit was for, I told her physical just like i was told to follow up with. She then tells me that there are no appointments for physicals until after April. I informed her that I had that appointment for over a month, she then just repeats herself again. Seems like this is just another money hungry place that doesn't actually care about patients..
Dr Bogner has a personable approach combined with a professional demeanor which creates a positive experience every time I see him and am in need of medical attention. He listens courteously, explains everything in detail, always has time for me, and responds quickly to questions and needs I have even after appointments with calls and messages. I appreciate his honest hard work and trust him emphatically. Thanks for always being there for me.
Bring going to him for 7 years now. Not only do I like him as a physician but Southland primary Care is great as well. They are attentive, they listen and it is always been a hassle-free and pleasant experience
