Great place, excellent customer service, and great work. I appreciate the honesty of the people here. Unfortunately, at times when a woman takes her vehicle in to be repaired, in my experience, at times, we're talked down to like we can't possibly understand auto repairs. This was not the case at Kent Audi Repair. I was treated with kindness and respect, and everything was explained to me well. They have a waiting room and a very nice bathroom for guests. Good service and will email your car diagnostic
Friendly staff, got my Audi fixed up quickly and done well.
I went looking for only one little thing for my Audi, and they didn't have it. So, I guess this place is alright, but more like an auto part/ mechanic shop kind of business. If you need something específicly for Audi, you might have to go straight to the dealer.
