Hi I spent two nights and a day at Canterbury orthopaedic outpatients. I’ve got to say all the staff doctors the and nurses and canteen staff were lovely. They very much cared for you one on one very polite very helpful and reassuring.one of the nurses stood out to me.. her name was Mercy what a lovely young lady she is

I had day surgery with GA recently and I cannot praise everybody I encountered enough. There was a power cut minutes before I was scheduled to be administered GA, but staff (literally every type of medical staff present) were outstandingly kind and did their absolute best to keep patients informed and updated on the situation. I was treated with so much kindness and I wish all those involved with looking after me that day the absolute best in life.

Just left the hospital after waiting more than four hours for a doctor to see my daughter. We took her in because she was experiencing severe abdominal pain and vomiting, possibly from accidentally ingesting something with nuts—which she’s allergic to. Despite how serious her symptoms were when we got there, we waited and waited, with no end in sight. Trying to phone K&Canterbury Hospital for the last 4 days, put in a queue and held on for 30 minutes despite being told that I was next in the queue. Is there a problem with the telephone service? All I am trying to do is cancel an appointment.
