I really liked the office and him. All were very friendly, VERY friendly, and what he will be doing is night and day from the last guy. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is parking. It is so crowded one guy parked longways behind other cars. Just a few handicapped spots and all were taken and not a single one had a plate or plaquard so it was horrible trying to get a wheelchair to the vehicle (actually couldn't) and coming out not enough room to back and turn so had to back all the way up to pull out. Had a bone in arm near wrist shortened,everyone at surgical center was very nice and took care of me. Dr Reinhart took really good care of me. Thank you all
Dr. Rhinehart was extremely compassionate upon first examining my broken wrist. I had extenuating health issues neurologically and was knowledgeable to assure my concerns regarding surgery & post surgery were professionally & confidently addressed. TOA is hands down the best place to be. Im disabled and retired medically, I have no words that can describe how professional and caring, and all my Dr.(s), take there time and explain indepth what's going on and how to go about fixing it and or maintaining it with therapy or surgery...I'm impressed with all. Dr. Poole, Dr. Rinehart, and Dr. Jaquith... 5stars... Thank you so much for actually listening to me and finding what has been overlooked for yrs. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE...
