Booked this accommodation in Early May - tried to contact owner to add further persons to the booking - took 24 hours to reply. This took me outside of the 48 hour refund period for cancellations with Air BnB. Booking was over 2 months in advance. Cancelled within a 72 hour period of booking - owner kept 50% of total fee and did not reimburse or communicate with either Air BnB or myself in relation to release of part of the deposit.
