I had visited this salon previously, but Ken truly stood out with how welcoming and kind she was. I ended up booking an appointment with her, and from start to finish she was attentive, efficient, and did an amazing job. I’m very big on customer service, and I can confidently say Ken exceeded my expectations. She made the experience feel comfortable, professional, and enjoyable. Wishing continued success and growth for her salon!

I was greeted by the rudest service provider I've ever met. When I requested a haircut, she simply told me to take a card. She only does braids. When I asked her if she could do braids on me, she gave me what could only be described as a dumb blank stare, with a hint of death stare. The fact that i am obviously a middle aged white guy, this should have funny as hell. Get a sense of humor girl.
Disappointed with results. I was a new client 2 months ago. Kendra is a nice lady. The salon looks pretty nice lighting fancy chairs etc. needed expensive sew in Cashmere Ext put in. I supplied them plus my own high quality hair dye & highlighter to use that matched the ext 💯%. She offered 0 price break to me for supplying those items. I inquired why not.
