Love this shop. I’ve been going to her for over 10 years. She is very punctual and professional. Definitely 10/10
I was greeted by the rudest service provider I've ever met. When I requested a haircut, she simply told me to take a card. She only does braids. When I asked her if she could do braids on me, she gave me what could only be described as a dumb blank stare, with a hint of death stare. The fact that i am obviously a middle aged white guy, this should have funny as hell. Get a sense of humor girl.
Disappointed with results. I was a new client 2 months ago. Kendra is a nice lady. The salon looks pretty nice lighting fancy chairs etc. needed expensive sew in Cashmere Ext put in. I supplied them plus my own high quality hair dye & highlighter to use that matched the ext 💯%. She offered 0 price break to me for supplying those items. I inquired why not. Giving U an honest review the Salon is very pretty well laid out has music fancy furniture good equipment. The Owner Kendra seemed nice I had become a new client recently but..I won't be back! She didn't do the the underside hair that was darker then the top. I was specific abr instructions. Tried 2x to get her to do it right she didn't get it right I'm not satisfied.
