Overall it's decent living here, I don't understand why they charge $50 for maintenance to come fix problems that were already existing only covered or rigged up in rented apartments. That's a job that over 1500 dollars charged should cover.
Actually Kensley is a good place to live in,but the staff are not helpful to the residents and are so arrogant.
I would like to send out a huge thank you to the manager, Lorenzo and his leasing agent Marlecia for helping me with getting my application process started. I thought they forgot about me but Lorenzo personally reached out to me and apologized for not getting back to me in a timely manner and rest assured me that he will do all he can to help me get into these apartments.
