I just completed the paperwork to move to Kensley. I was assisted throughout the process by Miss Marlesia. I give her a five out of five rating for her attentiveness, understanding, and kindness. I'll update you on the overall quality and stability of the service in the future, but regarding this first part and especially the care provided by Marlesia, it was excellent.
Very disappointed with the management here. They can’t even keep a manager for any length of time, yet the current manager keeps calling the school officer on kids who use the hole/opening in the brick wall to cut through to the school directly behind the apartments. Instead of constantly repairing the wall and threatening kids with trespassing, why not make the opening into a safe, designated passage for the kids to use during school hours? I went i nto the office yesterday to report as well as speak to Shanta the new Kensley manager regarding the vendor parking in the disable parking without a plaic card or licnese plate I spoke with leasing Solan and did ask to speak with the manager. Shanta sent emails out on Sat on parking issues in front of the office. Went back in and spoke with new leasing and ask for Shanta and was declined because it is Sat and she only talks M-F I fully stand on this, I pay rent and I have a handicap license plate and if your vendor p... read more
The new manager, Shante Golden she’s very professional very accurate and accommodate to all my brothers concern. I’ll give you five star to hear and also to the complex apartment. My brother is been lived there for three years going to four years and he love it and the team of the office take care of everything special Chante Golden the manager., Always make sure to everything be fixed right away and take care of it The maintenance team very professional as well
