We recently moved in, and within the first week we faced multiple issues — the washer and exhaust vent were not working. Despite raising service requests, the response has been very slow and we are still waiting for proper resolution. Extremely disappointed with the maintenance and management so far.
I wish I could give these apartments 0 stars. For the residents that are leaving a 5 star review are only doing so they can get a free gift card. I lived in the kensley apts home for 6 yrs. It was the worst 6 yrs. The management was rude and never cared about the residents especially the ones that never caused any problems. Since I moved in I had issues with other residents especially the section 8 tenants. They have no respect for other residents, they allow their kids to run, stomp and play all day and night and if you tel... read more
