Excellent care provided by Joyce McDowell. She uses a walk-in model rather than appointments, and spends a lot of time with each pet. We've taken 3 dogs to her and have always had good experiences.

I believe that Dr. McDowell has temporarily closed her practice. There is a drapery over their sign and calls have not been answered. It was a great neighborhood resource. Please call her phone # to check current status..

Dr. Joyce McDowell has always taken care of the health needs of my family's pets. I recently got a Doberman puppy and had not properly trained or socialized her. My family and I were becoming increasingly concerned with her unruly behavior. Nothing seemed to make a difference. I took my girl to Dr. McDowell for an evaluation.
