Had our kitten there she was already spayed we didn't know. Kensington vet clinic did tho they had it in their system. Said female spayed and on system said visible scar from being spayed. But obviously the receptionist or the vet doctor dropped the ball because they cut the poor kitten open again because of the lack of communication between their staff. Took kitten there she was adopted by my daughter. She was already spayed we had no idea she was . We took her to KVC. aparently they seen a visible scar on her from a past sapay . They had that in thier system and passport had it written on it which they seen . Fast forward they opened the cat while having it all through thier system that she was fixed. My dog would have DIED if not for the caring and compassionate Coverdale vet clinic. She had an insulinnoma on her pancreas. Kingsington vet wouldn't even entertain the idea of a payment plan. I was not looking to scam them like they have been doing to islanders for years. I highly recommend the Coverdale vet in riverview moncton. It is worth the bridge and the drive for truly compassionate and understanding vet clinic
I just wanted to reach out and say thank you so much to Dr. Kate Rundle and the rest of the staff at KVC. I was in this afternoon with my cat Goose. Goose is not a fan of the vet clinic and was showing her displeasure at being there by refusing to come out of her crate and hissing at anything that went near her (which is not her normal nature.) Was a frequent client of this vet for over 15 years for my 2 dogs and cat. My 8 year old Labradoodle started having seizures out of the blue. After attempting to call over 16 times after she had her first one, with never an answer,- I immediately took her in after her next one.
