Ever since they partnered with the insurance company Best for Pet, everything they do is to entice you to buy the insurance and sign up for a yearly contract that you cannot get out of. They then ask you to do a lot of unnecessary tests so that you will keep paying. The Best for Pet sign up page does not state that it is a yearly contract. It has two options for payment - monthly and yearly - and I chose monthly. Got recommended from the vet about pre-school puppy so we enrolled my preschool puppy in this training program hoping for a positive, supportive introduction to training, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. So grateful to have such a wonderful local vet in Kensington. Dr Nicole is so incredibly kind, patient and thorough whenever we visit. The reception staff are also always lovely!
I cannot recommend Kensington Vet Clinic enough. They are always friendly - we have seen three or four different vets here over the years and every single one has been lovely, informative and professional. They always show interest and care in our babies, which means a lot to us. They are also very reasonably priced, and don't cost an arm and a leg, like a lot of vets. Highly recommend taking your pets here!
