Zero stars. My Mom passed away 3 weeks ago and they have sent her last bill to collections. They managed to send a "Sympathy" card but couldn't take a minute to talk with the family about any outstanding balances as we called to advise all of her medical providers of her death. Insensitive and predatory in my book. We do not need another difficult hurdle to navigate as we grieve. Shame on this office.
