I’ve been at this doctors for the past two years! I’ve been pushed to the side time and time again. I’ve never had any real feedback from any of the doctors and they’ve all made me feel like what I have been telling them about my medical issues or body is false or dramatic. This surgery needs improvement. Poor communication, lack of appointments but waiting room always empty. Try to do medical reviews without visits and just don't seem to know what's going on with their patients care and medication. Very disappointing as they were once a very good surgery.
This place is horrible. The worst surgery you can be at. I called in the morning was cut off and was told to recall the next morning to get an appointment while she gave me a delayed appointment a week later. I think this surgery is absolutely bad and had bad decision making. Constantly shifting the blame to the system for your incompetence is just an absolute proof of how bad your surgery is. I dont even know what is the point of operating a surgery if you cant even have the common sense and logic in thinking.
I want to say a big thank you to the staff and doctor I have met with in the last few months . This short review may not cover everything but in essence the care and attention to detail has been exemplary. Doctor Latif a special thanks to you for your kindness and compassion which is beyond words. You just are able to make your patients feel cared .
Following my initial complaint and comments, I spoke to someone at the surgery who was extremely helpful, and explained thelat the missing medications had been placed with the pharmacy and were ready. All could have been sorted with better communication, and processing on the day that I needed it for, so because of this I had to cut my holiday short to sort the issue. Just glad I finally got to speak with someone and get it resolved
