Happy with our life in Kensington Ridge by Del Webb so far. Looking forward to seeing clubhouse opening soon.
We have been in our house for just over a week. Don't have a lot of neighbors yet, but the couple we have are so nice, as are all the other residents we have met. I can't wait to get my "honey do" lists done so I can enjoy this wonderful environment. (p.s. the list is pretty long though.)

I have been in my Kensington Ridge condo for almost a year. I have been pleased with my house and my site and my neighbors. However, now that I'm in here, I realize that I either didn't ask the right questions or some details were not offered to me during sales. So, my advice to a new buyer is to ask, ask, ask....I was surprised about several things.
