It is a beautiful community offering quality homes and many neighborhood amenities.
I have just recently closed on my new home here at Kensington Ridge and can only share how to this point I have been treated. From the moment my home began construction I have been informed on a weekly basis of the details of what has taken place in the construction of my home. If and when I had any concerns during the construction I was able to reach out to the construction mgr and have my concerns heard and taken care of in a very timely manner. I live on jack street, apparently blocks from the person who left the last review about the red jeep grand Cherokee blaring music with no license plates. It is ENDLESS. I have called the sheriff at least 4 times. The manager “claudelle” does nothing despite telling me twice she’s received numerous complaints. Hopefully the other reviewer actually contacted Maryland state police like they claimed because I’m about to leave this place! I live 3 blocks away, I’m tired of the gangs and endless rap music
