I can't give five stars because there a few things that are falling short in the community. First, we love our home, the neighborhood and the Lake House. We have not had any major issues with our build and the small items were addressed in our one year walk through. There are so many activities to do on a daily basis. Second, the landscape company Pulte hired, Meadowbrook Acres is where there is some shortcomings. It is a beautiful community offering quality homes and many neighborhood amenities.
I have just recently closed on my new home here at Kensington Ridge and can only share how to this point I have been treated. From the moment my home began construction I have been informed on a weekly basis of the details of what has taken place in the construction of my home. If and when I had any concerns during the construction I was able to reach out to the construction mgr and have my concerns heard and taken care of in a very timely manner.
