I have lived out here now for almost 3 years. It’s a really nice place to live. The apartments are spacious and affordable. The owner is understanding and helpful
Best and cleanest apartments in Springfield. The landlord is incredibly nice and caring and will respond to any questions or concerns immediately. The buildings and grounds are VERY well kept and well maintained, clean, and free of hassle. The proximity to the UIS campus (less than 5 mins away) is a huge plus too. The location is very safe and I never ran into a single problem in the 3 years I lived there. I would fully recommend living here to everyone, including students and family alike.
I have never lived anywhere more safe and nice! It is so quiet and clean. I know all my neighbors and they are nice people. The leasing manager is always here keeping the property together and there whenever you need him. It’s so affordable for all that you get! Not one complaint, I love it here! Most of all I have not had a single issue with any bugs or mice! Super clean!
