Kensington pharmacy is a nice clean pharmacy with very friendly & helpful staff. Nothing is to hard for them , they will always go out of their way their way to help where they can .
I went to check this pharmacy out yesterday as I've recently moved into area and saw the community care catalogue with their special offers. None of the staff knew about the special offers and appeared disinterested when I mentioned it. One staff member said 'are you sure it isn't Chemist warehouse?'. The other staff member suggested I come back today and speak to the manager tomorrow. I was very unimpressed with the staffs attitude, so went elsewhere for the items I was after.

extremely unprofessional, would not recommend for people who arent Australian. picked up my first prescription and was not asked for any payment which as a British person is to be expected.Not many places would give you behind the counter goods and wish you a good day without mentioning payment.
