I’ve been with this surgery for many years, and it truly is one of the best GP practices in the West — and beyond. I often hear negative experiences from other surgeries, but Kensington Park Medical Centre has consistently provided outstanding care. Appointments are available when needed, and the reception staff are polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. Have always been seen or replied to via the online system promptly. Doctors are kind and the nurses also. I’m always bragging about my doctors when I hear others moaning about theirs.
The reception and doctor and staff all are really nice. I highly recommend this GP practise.
Practice is very well run. Ease of appointment booking and availability is excellent. Every GP and nurse at the practice have been wonderful ~ approachable, friendly & professional. Great practice.
