They claimed they sent my confirmation to a wrong phone number and calls me back up from the waiting room after waiting almost a month to get into this place that my appointment was canceled. Never got any confirmation thought everything was all good until I show up. Thought I was going to reschedule there lol . Not happening I am 4 months pregnant and tried getting me to wait until October to reschedule my appointment that was supposed to be today but because of their error causing me to have to wait longer to get into anyw... read more
WORST PLACE TO GO TO THE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS CANCELS THEM LAST MINUTE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NOBODY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULE AT 9am YOU WONT GET SEEN UNTIL 10:45-11o’clock DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EVEN GO THERE!
I sat up here for a hour and a half waiting to be seen
Gave 1 star because i had too. The worst place ever. Staff is rude and slow. From booking an appointment to having to arrive and wait over 1hr 30 minutes is insane. They really need to shut this place down its so ridiculous and shouldn’t even be called a business. Fyi im still sitting here waiting. When i addressed the wait time and inconvenience with the staff (while in the waiting room) they just put me in a room in the back to wait even more.
