WORST PLACE TO GO TO THE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS CANCELS THEM LAST MINUTE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE NOBODY KNOWS WHATS GOING ON APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULE AT 9am YOU WONT GET SEEN UNTIL 10:45-11o’clock DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EVEN GO THERE!
I sat up here for a hour and a half waiting to be seen
Gave 1 star because i had too. The worst place ever. Staff is rude and slow. From booking an appointment to having to arrive and wait over 1hr 30 minutes is insane. They really need to shut this place down its so ridiculous and shouldn’t even be called a business. Fyi im still sitting here waiting. When i addressed the wait time and inconvenience with the staff (while in the waiting room) they just put me in a room in the back to wait even more.
My experience was horrible, I got asked why was i there and was instantly judged with a facial expression. The older/oldest black lady at the front has a nasty attitude. I was supposed to get a pelvic ultrasound the white lady that was supposed to do it comes in with a attitude. How you mad and about to stick an object in someone.
