First time visit today - Dr. Ho and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly! A great experience!
Great service and extremely nice people working here. Very nice atmosphere and great local spot
Dr. Ho is nice but the front desk Clara is hard to work with. It is difficult to understand what she says every time when we talk. We also have been constantly billed for an amount that has already been paid. Tried to make thing right by communicating with Clara multiple times and have not got it fixed in 3 months. I thought it would be better to communicate it in person but she showed an attitude and was very rude to me. Dr. Ho and her assistant were fabulous today. I needed a crown and I’m an anxious patient. They were gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Ho has been my families dentist since she started her practice here in Kensington. She is a top notch dentist and has done excellent work on my teeth.
