Lovely people all the employees and especially Emily and Tatiana were wonderful
My experience with Dr. Susan Ho and her team was fabulous. The office has the latest technology, and Dr. Ho uses it to give you a tour of your teeth and mouth. Very interesting, and very easy to understand potential tooth problems. I highly recommend Kensington Natural Smiles and Dr. Ho. The way the financial aspect of my visit was handled was extremely disappointing. My issue is not that the practice requires patients to pay upfront. If that is their policy, that is their policy. My issue is that no one told me about it before my appointment or before treatment was performed. I provided my insurance information ahead of time, and at no point was I told that I would be responsible for paying nearly $600 upfront and then have to wait for my insurance company to reimburse me.
