We LOVE this dental practice. We switched from another dental practice about two years ago and have been so happy. From the friendly front office staff to the dental assistants to the detailed dentists, every aspect of this office is a win.

Dr Ho and her staff are simply the best. They truly care about patients, and are highly skilled in many facets of dental care. My family has trusted this office with our dental health for over 15 years.
It appears that this dental office does not want to accept Medicaid insurance (even though they are listed in the Maryland Health Smiles provider database), and they will lie to you to avoid taking you on as a patient. In my case, I was a having an appointment set up, it was all but finalized, and it was only when I informed the receptionist that I was using the Medicaid dental plan, that suddenly I was told that this was a pediatric practice (no patients over 21), and therefore I couldn't be accepted as a patient.
