Clean and elegant place to fish. Caught a whole bunch of bluegills here
A beautiful and very peaceful place to bike or hike !! Plenty of parking and GPS helps me finding different parking spots! There’s plenty of benches for sitting when needed!! I love biking there ! The fact there’s plenty of paved paths and mountain bike trails is a big plus !! Buy the annual metro park access! Perfect for little kids to have fun at the playgrounds !
Great launch once the water level goes up. It's not the best for spring when the water is low.
All photos are taken and distributed by Be Photographed. I know the boat launch is meant for boats to launch, but this location has tons of parking and is a very ideal place to take photos. It has the start of a walking trail one way and the deck for fishing the other way.
