I woke up two days in a row just to make this appointment, but the doctor can cancel it so easily.
Dr. Desmond Viegas is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I felt completely dismissed, and the way he treated me was shockingly unprofessional. I have never left a medical appointment feeling so badly treated. I’m honestly appalled that someone who treats patients this way is practising medicine. Dr. Chio is so helpful and looking after me since 2024. He will refer to specialist if needed with urgency and will follow-up asap if there’s a concern on the result of the lab test. Staff also will call you if needed.
Dr. Kurra is an angel! When I found out I was pregnant, my family doctor told me she didn’t follow pregnancies, and the Burnaby Maternity Clinic told me they wouldn’t begin my care until I was 24 weeks.
