I had a phone appointment for 4 pm. It is currently 5:20 and I have yet to receive a call. If this was a one off I could understand but this is the third time I’ve had this experience with this medical clinic. I emailed them at 5, texted the number I received the confirmation from and tried calling the clinic but as usual no one picked up the phone. Incredibly frustrating as I already waited 2 days for this appointment.
Also efficient, the staff is incredible, all doctors are amazing, been going here since 1992 at a teenager! Dr Baldelli is the best and Cindy! And the manager he is on it!
I had a visit with Dr Robert Baldelli months ago and am still left feeling confused about our appointment. Definitely not an ideal GP for a woman. Could’ve done without the unsettling comments but I’m not sure he knows any better.
