Rude reception, not helpful, terrible.
I have been to this clinic for a while now. I have 2 kids deceblity. I did the Deceblity tax form filled in this clinic with Dr Robert in 2020 and paid $30.00. Now after 5 years I have to get it fill the for again and I was asked to pay $160.00 for each child. How is that fair? Why is it so much difference? I asked the clinic. They said if you wast to get it done that is the fee. And this is my family Dr. She is personally very nice person I have no problem with her but it is the clinic policy.
