This was arguably the most perfect medical experience I've ever had. Doctor Desmond Viegas was incredibly approachable, patient, and professional. He was very kind and attentive throughout the entire process, listening carefully to my questions and providing the necessary requisitions. This made me feel very comfortable. This website is evolving and getting better and more user friendly all the time. I’m very happy with the booking process!
I was able to make an appointment one time and it was okay, but since then i've been trying to make a followup appointment, have been on the computer ready to register right as 7 AM, but every spot for the day is taken immediately. I've tried for 5 days, every single time the site switches from Opens at 7AM to Fully Booked within seconds. the booking system is broken.
Great!! booked my apt, saw a doctor on time, she was wonderful, paid good attention to what my concern was and took action! Unfortunately I forget her name, she has been with the clinic nineteen years! Of course front staff always courteous.
This is the BEST experience I have had with a family doctor. I came in for a walk-in appointment, the receptionists were kind and got me into a room right on time. Dr Lee was exceptional. Amazing bedside manner, actively listens to concerns and is great at what he does. He even showed me diagrams and explained what my concern could be caused by. I wish they were taking on new patients!
