this place sucks the lot rent is too high for a small area u pay extra water and trash sewer which makes it even higher.they change there rules on u everytime they like to tell u one thing then say something else.they cater to certain people.they dont do repairs like they tell u i no people still waiting on repairs for over a year no people who rented here and got the hell out after there lease.there maintenace sucks infact maintenance people dont even last 3 mths in here.yeah they do have some nice trailers but for price of... read more
