This company has raised our rate $3,000 in a span of 13 months (two years in a row, it has gone up $1500 each time) with less than a month's notice. After 12 years of being with this company and having zero claims, this is outrageous and we are canceling.

The worst insurance company ever to work with. Be alert if you have fire claim they’ll cancel your policy as well deny your claim and accuses the policy holder of not being in compliance with the terms that of course they make up, and don’t play the claim… be alert and please pass on the information.

From the moment I first contacted this woman, Janet Siegel at claims, I was yelled at--almost like I was being barked at for trying to file a claim, and to be dissuaded from doing so. I received no helpful advice, information, instructions, etc. I was automatically an evil person. On top of it all she hung up as soon as she could. This was both times I tried to talk to her about the damage in my house.
