"dr steven wride" We waited at Estia Health in Bannockburn for 6 1/2 hours for a presription to settle my destraught and confused Alzheimer's patient Father who was in the aged care facility for the first time. Staff called this "so called" medical professional at least 4 times and actually got to speak with him at around 5:40 ish. If you're a woman seeking help from a family violence situation, Dr Jones is NOT the GP for you. It took enormous courage for me to finally open up to somebody about the abuse I was experiencing in my relationship and the first question I was asked by Dr Jones was 'Are you sure you're not over dramatising the situation, perhaps misinterpreting things?'
