I've been attending Kensington Hill since it was a little clinic in Ash Rd. Despite moving across Geelong, I still return to now see Dr Shazia Sohail, she's fantastic. She listens, genuinely cares, and remembers and asks about the 'little things' from appointment to appointment, I never feel like 'just a number'. Also saw Dr Hugh Fleet recently and he was lovely too. Reception and other staff have always been helpful and efficient, even when incredibly busy.

Arrived today for my 2 pm appointment only to be told by someone who couldn't care any less, that "someone from there had rang me & changed my appointment to 4.30 pm today" That did not happen.

Receptionist rude as, just wow 2nd time there as a new patient and I don’t expect them to know who I am just like I don’t know who they are but please be kind, I know you have a 1000 patients to deal with, 1001 now, she must be frustrated.

Have had quite a few negative experiences at this clinic from nurses with obnoxious opinions to straight up neglect of care. I was sent away when my child had croup, a different doctor mentioned while we were in the waiting room “croup cough” as did many other patients listening to my child, to be told it’s nothing during our consult, I’m overreacting and sent away then ended up in ER with him that night. Doctors are wonderful but my experience of trying to see an allied health practitioner has been very difficult. The wait time has been more than 6 weeks for each time I have tried.
