I would rate this establishment a minus 10 if possible. This place was recommended to me. Before I chose them I met with the administrator and director. I was lead on what seemed to be a great tour while hearing great news about the place. The building is very old and smell of strong urine. That should have been a red flag, however I choose to continue with the tour. Upon getting to the floor my love one would be stay on. The smell was better and the room was decent.
