My sister has been at Kensington for almost 3 years and the nursing has been excellent. They take very good care of her. She's had medically and they are always on time to attend to her. They clean her well. Don't let her get bed soars. she get constant care and we are happy
My mother is currently here and I'm looking for better options. Please don't bring your loved ones here. They only provide showers 2 times a week unless your loved ones can shower themselves. I was even denied access to give my mother a shower. Even when I finally gained excess to the showers they were dirty.The nurses are rude and disrespectful. I witnessed multiple nurses verbally abusing the residents here. Social Service admins don't reply to emails or answer calls. I've asked for multiple health reports for my mother an... read more
I'm currently at this facility and it was getting better it was terrible when I first got here but now it's starting to be bad again they bought a person in my room it's one dresser one TV no space the person they brought in has Alzheimer's she been going through my things right in my face she just got here I don't understand how they think that that's okay I'll give you an update I'm going to talk to someone today about this situation but they should not be mixing the population with people that have Alzheimer's I just came... read more
