I’m sorry but the new reception team are so rude and condescending.
Visiting from England and didn't pack enough tablets as still new to remembering them. Stress level rose. Had 2 calls with the practice with two really helpful people, male and female. Got an appointment and registered temporarily where I saw a really lovely receptionist who I spoke with earlier and a lovely helpful GP. Assisted in super quick time ensuring I got the help I needed. So extremely thankful to the three people I interacted with. Stress level back down. Thank you.
