I'm in a studio and truly don't mind the space. The blinding flood light can be blocked out with curtains. The parking situation is a joke though. Lack of parking and MULTIPLE robberies/dents on cars with no cameras to help resolve the issue. The hot tub is supposed to be year round but is freezing cold now. �
