I have been using Kensington Body Sugaring services for countless years now. I have moved to and from Calgary and have always gone back to access the sugar services available to me. The staff are friendly and respectful. I am always comfortable, dignified and pleased when I leave! I will continue to access these services for years to come!

It is very unfortunate after so many years supporting this establishment that they chose to reprimand me for having to cancel my appointment today; I have symptoms of sore throat, hot and cold chills and according to Alberta health if you are experiencing symptoms you should not be coming in. They stated that I’ve had too many short notice cancellation. Apparently dealing with chronic back pain and having legitimate colds is not acceptable.
