Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They treat patients with Maryland Medicare (Maryland Health Smiles) with complete disrespect and disregard. I was informed by the office manager, Sarah, that if someone with Medicaid misses an appointment, they are no longer able to be seen there. When I called to make an appointment for my husband, I was told that there was an appointment scheduled that he missed, which we were not aware of and I have no records of. I have been going to Kensington Dental Designs for the past 5 years and my experience is always wonderful! Dr. Yi and his team Sarah and Daniel are all really amazing! I have nothing but praise for them! I needed a lot of work on my teeth over the years (many fillings, a crown and a surgical wisdom tooth extraction, routine cleanings).
