While traveling to Calgary from the U.S. for a convention I developed a tooth abscess. I was able to make an appointment via text in the evening for the next morning. The receptionist, assistant and doctor all treated me with kindness. After an X-ray the doctor clearly explained the diagnosis and issued a prescription all at a very reasonable cost. Very satisfied with their efficiency and caring service. Highly recommend!
Great experience with recent gum graft. Each member of the team so helpful, professional & knowledgeable. The front reception team very welcoming, ensured timely, clear communication & were very helpful applying max amount possible from the benefit plan I acquired just before surgery. Hands down best dental place I’ve been to! Karen was soo helpful over the phone, and made the process so much easier when I was trying to receive documents from my old dental clinic. She’s also got quite the humour and made checkout so fun. Dr. Catherine was such a fantastic dentist and gave me so much insight on taking care of my teeth. I want to share my wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Everything went perfectly! The staff is very friendly, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to the Dr. Catherine Eager— a true expert in their field, and also to the assistant who was supportive and helpful throughout the process. The receptionist is a lovely and polite young woman who helped a lot with scheduling. I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care. Was greeted by Karen who was so helpful getting my benefits info and setting up my husband as a client as well. The cleaning experience was great, and I even got to so a full 3D image of my teeth and gums. The information I was given by Dr. Eager about the state of my mouth health and areas to work on preventatively etc. was more than I've ever received at my prior dentists.
