Had the opportunity to stay with my mom who is a resident. The atmosphere is friendly and community based. It is run with care and respect for the residents. Lisa the manager is very welcoming and attentive to the happiness of each resident. The activities are fun and very adult based. This is a home that tries hard to be respectful and inclusive while being cognizant of affordability.
During my placement here, I was consistently impressed by how welcoming and supportive the staff were. They were always ready to lend a hand or offer guidance whenever I needed it, making it an incredibly positive learning environment. The residents, too, were a joy to be around—funny, kind, and full of personality. Building strong relationships with them felt natural, and I quickly became part of the community. The quality of this home has gone down especially when it comes to Food quality and portions. The Entertainment could be a bit more enticing as well! I've actually edited my review to 1 Star, this place is cosmetically polished dive when it comes to service and food. The staff is rude and the food is HORRIBLE. I would never have any of my family members stay here. The prices keep going up and the service is almost non existent. Beyond Disappointed
