My poor Gran had to move into a rest home about 1 month ago. Most of the staff seem friendly enough, but a few come busting through my Grans door without knocking first which is totally unacceptable and rude. My Gran doesn't like it at all especially when she has visitors. The food is absolutely DISGUSTING. So much so my Gran won't eat it. Often times its difficult to make out what it is and then on top of that by the time it gets to her its gone freezing cold..
