I have been living at Kensington Court for over a year now. It has been a very enjoyable and favorable living experience! The building has much character and style. And it appears the old, thick walls keep the noise level to a minimum, which is great. The apartments are updated and very nice. The building’s location is absolutely key. I like the area / location of the apartment but I wasn’t so happy with the bike parking lot. There are only 3 short bike racks for 20-25 bikes and there are no where to put my bike and I know some people have to leave their bikes unattended on the grass or lean on the wall. I call to ask if we could have more but the manager say the owner doesn’t want to add more. I really hope they can fix up on that because bringing an E-bike up and down the small elevator everyday isn’t a good solution either and I’m concerned if leaving ... read more
EXTREME LEAK AND FLOOD WARNING !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! I lived in 703. If you live on the top floor, you will be subjected to SEVERE ROOF LEAKS and management will keep telling you “We are working hard to fix the issue and treating it as an emergency.” They tried 7 TIMES to fix it over 10 months.
