My Giflfriend was here a few weeks ago for an abortion and she was really nervous... they have students working at the clinic including a student doctor and my Girlfriend was really nervous about getting surgery by a student. They assured her it was a professional who was doing it. After the surgery 5 days later my gf starts bleeding A LOT and almost bled to death and got hospitalized... she was passing countless clots bigger than a baseball and was in the hospital for 3 days... this included an extremely traumatic procedure... read more
I was so scared and nervous coming here. What an incredible clinic filled with humans that exude patient centered care, trauma informed care, and radical compassion! I work in healthcare, so I notice the details in terms of patient flow, logistical organization, and balancing it with the safety of the staff there. The procedure was explained well, with ample opportunities to ask questions. They also offer a counselling session to support the mental agony of these situations. Thank you everyone who was working on Jan 27, I felt cared for and comfortable. Terry (I think that’s her name), Demi, Dr. Sarah, and my nurse I can’t remember the name but was very kind as well! Actually I almost cried while I was there not because I was nervous anymore but because everyone was so nice and supportive. I would recommend Kensington clinic for anyone who requires the services they offer.
