I had a wonderful experience at Kensington Clinic. The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and helpful. I especially want to thank the counseling lady, who was kind, understanding, and supportive throughout my visit. She made a difficult time much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend
Appointment at 915 came at 9, 1145 now still waiting, and doctor is nowhere to be found, you would think doctors and nurse are highly educated but lack of time management skills. Free for us to have this service doesn’t mean they don’t get paid in there, and they sure know how to waste ppls time with all the funding, putting patients to wait and suffer instead of getting things done. I do hope no one ever needed this service but this is crazy.thanks liberal
Not your body not your choice, it’s human life wake up Canada
The duration of my wait was both excessive and frustrating. After finally seeing the nurse and doctor, the consultation lasted no more than twenty minutes. It was particularly challenging to endure multiple hours of waiting, especially while dealing with the discomfort of morning sickness. Furthermore, I would have preferred a more efficient process that allowed me to complete my visit without the added stress of being in a crowded waiting area, where I was acutely aware of other patients observing me. If I can give 10 stars I would . The service was exceptional I didn’t feel like I was going there to do what I was doing . Michelle the counsellor is great the nurses were great and Sara the doctor has a great bedside manner , keep up the great work Thanks for everything.
