This is a tough review to give because some parts of the process were spectacular. The construction manager and builder in particular were great and did a fantastic job building our house and guiding us through the process, however, the design process was bad. Communication was horrible, some aspects were missed, and trying to get ahold of anyone besides the construction manager was impossible. If I could give separate reviews I would give 4 stars to the seller, 2 stars to the designer, and 5 stars to the builder.
The residences are nice but the sales people are extremely pushy and the gentleman I met with was extremely unprofessional when I told him I needed to think more about it.
