Nice size apartments building kept clean. However the super has taken over control of the community room and rents it out like. Its a Club has a party. Or Events everyday and weekends too. The tenants do not have open access to this room .To much noise from parties strangers hanging out in lobby from events like they live here.Strangers also in parking lot because super rents out parking spaces too. He even rents out the (three) guest parking spaces.Which is the only place for tenants / guest to park.
