Had the pleasure of dealing with Brian when purchasing a second hand car a few days back. I'm based in Sydney and Brian couldn't have made the process easier for me. He did a full video walk around explaining the car, features, and any damage of note (of which there wasn't any) and a run through of the logbooks.
