Top notch service department. We broke down passing through at the start of our holiday and Kensell Kia made the whole thing as pain free as possible. We organised a hire car nearby, Kensell held our car, fixed it while we holidayed and had it ready when we passed back through 2 weeks later - keeping it there for us no questions asked. It made a huge difference to our holiday. Thanks for helping get our holiday back on track and removing the stress from the start of a very memorable holiday!

The handover by Brooke and Renee was good. But the sales person Cindy has a short memory about something we discussed during the sales deal. I suppose sales people say anything to get a deal. I would have bought my Cerato anyway but now there will be no recommendations. Hence why only 2 stars and not 5.
