Great local operation. Phone call, hand shake and efficient, fare price and quality job done on the agreed date — which he fit in on short notice to complete our nursery before due date. If you prefer being bombarded with irrelevant emails and ambiguous answers from an outsourced customer service department then probably better off going with one of the bigger franchised businesses.

They did a excellent job installing our custom wallpaper. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and skilled. I would certainly recommend them
Never returns calls. Never returns texts or emails. Maybe a bat signal in the sky and he'll return your correspondence. His reasoning is because he's a "business". I guess customer service doesn't matter. I purchase several hundred dollars worth of wallpaper after telling him the place I got it from and him telling me he visited the website. Then I send him the swatch he requested and he says he can not install it because it's not regular wallpaper but fabric backed. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional. AVOID.
