Ken and Barb the owners and son are a great team. Small family business that goes the extra mile explaining what needs to be done. I have taken one old turbo 350 in for rebuild that’s shift flawlessly and they also serviced my wife’s 2021 Tahoe transmission. Best damn transmission and automotive repair shop in western New York! Family owned and operated chooses quality over quantity, weather its higher priced than the other ding dongs in the area or not, honestly goes along way ..... and they treat everyone that walks through that door with dignity and respect as it should be but not all shops are like that ..............
