Ken is great to deal with !
Ken previously checked my husband's Dodge Ram transmission, so he was already aquainted with the business. Tonight on our way out of town for the weekend, we discovered that our truck would NOT shut off, and the engine would not go much faster than 50kph. Fortunately we were very close to Ken's shop, so turned in hoping he was still open. He was just closing, but stayed open,while he and another friendly mechanic worked through the supper hour to figure out our crazy dilemma and FIX IT. Yay!!
