I have been to this tire shop multiple times, but unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. I went in for a simple tire leak repair and dealt with an older salesman who I found to be very condescending and unwelcoming. After watching a detailed YouTube (Full Throttle Retirement) video documenting a traveling couple's experience at Ken's Tire and Wheel in Chilliwack, I was appalled by the unethical and predatory business practices displayed by management. The travelers had their tires specially overnighted and were given a firm quote of $4,200 (tax included) after fully disclosing their vehicle and wheel specifications.
