Took my mk8 golf r here to have lowering springs and spacers installed. It’s exactly the kind of service I like and wish I could get everywhere. Great communication, efficient service and reasonably priced. Even after install, I reached out with a minor concern, they got me back in immediately and took care of everything.
Went in and was greeted right away and vehicle taken in immediately! Quick like they said, fixed and on with the day! Great job!
I finally had the opportunity to bring my car in after months of dealing with what seems like a wheel/bearing issue. I had my appointment booked for 11am but had an unexpected issue occur with my toddler that made me slightly late. I phoned at 11:15 to explain the issue and that I was five minutes away and if they could still look at the car. The appointment wasn't even for service, it was just to diagnose the car.
