Took my truck to have it repaired under one of their warranties I will never recommend any Goose automotive shops. The work performed on my vehicle was very poor. Used and worn parts in addition they tried to up sell the job wanting to replace a $3000.00 EGR Cooler that was not even damaged. The leak which they claimed was due to a faulty EGR was from a used coolant hose installed by their mechanic.. Update to my previous review. I'm removing my initial review because all my concerns were address in a timely manner once the proper individuals were notified. I drove it the past few days and I do feel the work was done properly and that my vehicle was repaired properly. I appreciate the communication and effort of behalf of Goose to rectify my concerns. I had used this shop under previous owners. I just showed up for a alignment not knowing the new ownership / EU branding. I had a domestic vehicle but I figured I was already there and would check if they could do the job. Rob was SUPER friendly and helpful. No problems with having a Ford. He worked me into their busy schedule and I picked it up a few hours later. Rob was super personable and quick to update me on any needed services. Had a great experience and will definitely be returning as all the staff I interacted with was super pleasant and great to work with.
BMW McKinney is awesome! Seriously, the service was fantastic. Victor was a huge help, really knowledgeable, and made finding my new car super easy. Definitely recommend them!
